I stayed here while I was on assignment in Beijing for a company I worked for. Although, I was suspicious about the name at first, this turned out to be one of the most luxurious hotels I have ever resided in. The complex, including the mall was so large. Although, this hotel was built in 1989, it feels brand new. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated with unparalleled elegance and refinement. The service employees were attentive to our needs as well. If you're in Beijing I would recommend this hotel over others in its class.

Very high quality in all fields, they are working hard on their English. The level of professionalism is extremely high, from the chefs to the waitresses and the cleaning staff. Well done can I can finally say that I had a better Breakfast in China than in the USA. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hotel is a little bit outdated and has few international breakfast options. However, due to the superb location, the direct connection to the mall and the subway, and the overall appearance, I give 5 star rating.

Really nice hotel with good facilities and nice people, providing good service. The best part though, is the great location - close to whatever you need, whether it is shopping, restaurants or metro.

One of the best hotels in Beijing at high end area surrounded by many shopping malls , very friendly and helpful staff , I enjoyed the food at the lounge in the 3rd floor all fresh sandwiches and fruits.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
