The hotel was clean and all required amenities were available. You have to walk around 10 minutes to the train stations. At night you can still hear the trains moving, but it didn't really bother my sleep. There is Lawson nearby as well.

There is a convenience store about a 10 minute walk from the JR Line and Yurikamome Line stations. McDonald's is in a building across the road. Get the amenities from the front desk. There is an oil makeup remover. The room is old but very clean. The only negative is that there is no power outlet next to the bed.

Don’t stay here. The rooms are small, and outdated and not clean. Small TV and few inconveniently located plugs, and when you leave the room all power is turned off so you can’t leave anything charging. Very over priced, spend an extra 2,000 yen a night for another hotel close by that’s much better. Does have a Refrigerator and free wifi but 99 percent of other hotels do also. Noise from the trains is also an issue.

Stayed there for business trip and the room was arranged by the company so I cannot comment on the price but rooms are really tiny. So hard to move around in the rooms and the washroom. My room was as clean but smelled a little bit from the washroom side. Shower was really good. The rooms need some facelift as they seem very old. The breakfast was better than average. I would not book this hotel for myself. Location is good though. Very close to railway and buses. In the heart of business district.

Great location, 1900¥ a night room & close to metro! Rooms are slightly dated but are clean. Would come back again! The staff are THE BEST!! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Lawson at the corner in case you need a late night snack. Some staff spoke English. Able to show my reservation number and passport at check in.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
