Great service from front desk! We accidentally left our phone in a taxi on the way to the train station for Osaka and the staff were so helpful in sending our phone overnight to our hotel in Osaka once the taxi driver dropped of the phone. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is in a great location - very close to main sights and suburbs (there is a Lawson right next to it!). The room was clean and felt luxurious. There is also a laundry room and public spa on the bottom floor. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed here for 4 nights recently for a family vacation in Japan. Great experience, hotel was very new, well equipped, clean and great value. Room was very spacious, a table and chairs in the sitting area even with 4 beds in our room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Public bath and the free bikes to use to go around town was great. Dinner at the restaurant was great. Definitely will stay here again when we visit Kyoto next time.

Stayed here with my family. 2 rooms with 3 beds and 1 room with a queen bed given as requested. Rooms are clean with expected amenities, toilet is small but a comfortable size. Location is good, about a 10min walk to Kyoto station.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel in the heart of Kyoto. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and sights. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's attention to detail and impeccable service made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Kyoto.

I love this hotel. The location is not far from Kyoto train station, about 15 mins walk. There are nearby bus stops just outside the hotel should you need to take a bus to somewhere. Next to the hotel is Lawson 24hrs convenient store and a 5 mins walk to the traffic cross junction you can find a Lawson 100 store which sells a wider variety of products at low prices. The hotel room is clean and spacious, with stable WiFi and they even provide DHC toiletries! The front desk staff are very helpful too. They even have an onsen bath in the basement for guests to use. A laundry room is also available. Enjoy my stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever visit Kyoto.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
