ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Looks like nothings ever been clean. My pillow was yellow and stained. The walls were filthy and had splatters all over them In the bathroom was a pile of pubes and it looked like someone had vomited and it splashed all over the walls and no one bothered to clean it. Absolutely feral

Its located directly next to the rail, which gives you quick acces to public transport, but also makes for a rather noisy location. This can be fixed quite easily with some earplugs. The real problems are the following: The Room is pretty unclean, lots of dirt can be found under the bed, the blanked was stained. The cups had coffe/tee stains from previous users. Air quality and room temperature: I was staying in Summer during a hot day. There is neither A/C, nor a Fan. Also only a tiny part of the window opens, which makes it impossible to air out the room. The reception isnt staffed for most of the time so i couldnt really check out (during the official check out time frame) so i had to put my keycard on the front desk and just hope for the best. There are a lot of issues with the hotel, many could be fixed quite easily, but they dont seem to care.

This is the most awful place I have ever stayed in. Not proper bed, it was a camping bed with dirty, stained and broken mattress. The bedding was dirty and stained. When we moved the broken bed we have found a dirty sock on the floor. I'm shocked that place like that is still operating. Do not use or stay there.

The location is good and bad, it's right next to the underground, so good for someone who wants somewhwre close to an underground (like me), bad if you can't sleep with the noise until the tube stops in the night, nothing earplugs can't solve. The room was comfortable and warm and had what I needed, kettle WC and shower, just very tiring to go up so many stairs with big baggage, but apart from that would stay there again if in the area.

Worst hotel ever, avoid like the plague try to over charge you for sleeping on a camp bed, never been in a moor dirty room 😒 for the price don't even think about it. Trust me you will not regret it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
