Beautiful hotel in great location for the beach and shops. The rooms are spacious and clean, nothing is too much trouble if you ask any of the staff for help and is always done with a smile. The pool is big with lots of seating around the edge to chill and relax. Would recommend to anyone!

The stay was not very pleasant but the staff were amazing, There was drilling happening right out of the hotel at 7 am in the morning and the door had a crack where mosquitos and the sound was entering from and I wasn't able to sleep. The shower flow was not the best. I had checked out the next day and stayed in a calm hotel nearby.

Great stay- the rooms and balconies are huge, the pool is lovely and the setting is so peaceful. Close to the beach and 5 minutes to Surin as well if you rent a bike or taxi. Good restaurants around as well.

Aloha! This is a great resort, close enough to beach by walking, stores and restaurants and bars all around. Rooms clean and neat, big pool with nice lounging areas. Staff courteous and friendly. Plant decorations pleasant, and even very affordable! Stay with family, friends, lovers, or anyway you like as you will enjoy and relax here no matter what. Mahalo!

First of all, 5 stars for the service, the rooms, the location, and just 5 stars all around. I am glad to have chosen Chivatara Resort Bangtao. Price, very cheap, the staff were so kind and friendly. I will definitely recommend it to anyone in which it has been to me and will continue to use it as a base for me every time I decide to travel to phuket.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
