Dear Cho Hotel, Dear Neon, It’s my first time checking in to the Cho Hotel, i feel like home from the moment walking into the lobby. We were greeted & welcomed by the friendly staff on the floor. I took the initiative to explore further into the lobby, i was so impressed by the interior decoration, had a great feeling that i will surely enjoy my few days stay here. Yes we had a wonderful time in Taipei & staying at the Cho Hotel makes us missing this place a lot when we back to Hong Kong. We want to take the opportunity to thank you to your helpful & sincere staff Neon. He is very friendly & makes our stay so warm & welcoming, thank you Neon. My family misses you already. Honestly book this hotel right now if you’re going to Taipei. You won’t regret it. The hotel is very clean and cozy with a really amazing retro style concept. It also has a free retro snack amenities bar with ayce instant noodles, snacks & drinks which was a really nice treat. However, I would like to especially call out one of the staff’s customer service (his name is Neon) to be nothing short of exceptional. I promise this isn’t a sponsored post nor do I post reviews often. Aside from being trilingual (English, Mandarin & Korean), Neon went above and beyond to make sure my partner and my stay to be perfect. He was very efficient & professional to accommodate us when we require a different room & extended stay from our original booking. Offering us a bath bomb as part of having a bathtub in our suite was a really nice personal touch. He is also very knowledgeable about the local area and can quickly point out known attractions and things to do which was very helpful. Neon’s cheery greeting & smile legit brightens our day every time we walk into the door. This type of service is the reason why we will book this hotel again when we return to Taipei.

In summary, perfect service! This hotel is mostly about personal experience and a lot of unexpected services to boost your experience. We are just on our first day with this hotel and the experience far exceeded our expectations. You won't regret it. I hope they can maintain this high standard forever :) Just try it out. I won't spoil you with what you can find on their second floor 🥰

Size of the rooms are small, but comfortable enough and clean. There’s a washing machine and dryer on ground floor but often too many people queuing up at night. If you take a 2 minutes walk there’s a 24 hours coin laundry which is very convenient too. There’s only 1 lift which is slow. But overall would recommend this place!

Very attentive staff especially Victoria and Neon. Really loved the warm welcome for our family with puzzles to draw on and letter postcards. The free snacks are also something unexpected and enjoyable for our 2 boys to make their first experience in Taipei very unique and memorable!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
