Room was basic, a little run down and had a few maintenance issues during our stay. My daughters bed was old and uncomfortable, mine was okay. The air conditioning was inadequate and didn't cool the room. Every time you leave and take your key the power is cut off to the room which means you return to a sauna. Staff were the least pleasant compared to other accommodation and restaurants in Thailand. Restaurant only served breakfast which was not cheap and very average. My sister stayed in a different room which had a smell of sewerage. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Chor Chang villa resort is getting 5 stars from me, stayed at many a five star hotel but this place has a simple effect a personal Warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble Nice place nice people 👍

I liked everything here! incredibly friendly staff and incredibly friendly Bob 🙃, stunningly beautiful area, silence (it seems we were the only noisy family here), one of the most beautiful beaches of the island for which we came here and of course delicious sandwiches in a local cafe =) Now in more detail: I won’t say about the rooms, but houses are decorated in Thai style, everything works, in a house with 2 bedrooms there are dishes for 4 people, pot and a frying pan. Wifi works nice, we had almost the last house and I need a constant internet connection for my work - there were no problems. There are several excellent hotels around and a lot of cafes where you can try everything from Thai food to crabs and steaks.

Was perfect for a couple! We stayed in the superior double room, it was spacious and exceptionally clean. The room felt quite warm and happy, was worried it’d feel outdated but it didn’t at all. Reception keep human hours but they’re very responsive in WhatsApp if you’re checking in or out, outside of normal hours. We had an early morning flight and they arranged a taxi for us at a very reasonable price (400B). We didn’t stay for the breakfast or use the amenities but it’s perfect for families, there were quite a few staying there enjoying the pool which looked fun. Good thing for us, we didn’t hear any other guests it was quiet and peaceful at night. The air conditioning and hot water worked incredibly well, all round great stay for a great price! Would come back here in a heartbeat. One thing to note, we rented a motorbike across the road, Nit rentals (passport or 10,000B deposit, 250B/day), otherwise it’s a bit of a walk to the main areas (15min). But the restaurant near it Mr Eung Seafood was AMAZING. Definitely recommend to go there!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
