Love this place! Good location and cozy place. We love your receptionist staff Disa, shes very helpful all the time, she even helped us about our airplane baggage problem. Good room, good ambience, good location.

The lobby looks fancy and beautiful and then you see the rooms and it's a shock. There are no windows, they are very basic, and the first one I went in was dirty. The bed sheets and pillows stinked of man's sweat and there were hairs. Big nop

I spent five nights and everything was perfect. Everyone was very friendly and professional, always wanting to help. The hotel is very well maintained and well located, the price is more than good. I forgot my backpack, I contacted them and they immediately replied that it was there and they were keeping it for me. I am very grateful for everything.

I had very noisy room with the pipe inside, when someone taking a shower from another room you can heard the water flush and someone taking a shower. The bathroom need to do deep clean.Other problems are everytime I put my laundry the lady staff at receptions always forget to tell the housekeeping what we ordered for our laundry end up with the wet laundry or not ironing. And we want to extended our booking all the lady staff cannot decide and they are not helpful at all. The only thing is good is the view from the 3rd floor, and also The housekeeping staff all is friendly,helpful and one more thing the guy at the front desk ( sensen )always help me and my family during our stayed at Choska very quick responded with all the problem that we facing when we stayed there.
