The Christee Hotel, though appearing as an aged edifice from the exterior, unveils a charming blend of classic charm and modern comfort within its walls. The immaculate and impressive lobby sets the tone for a refined stay. The cleanliness of the rooms is commendable, complemented by the stellar service provided by the staff, with a special nod to the front office team. The breakfast, while offering a somewhat limited selection, proves delightful. Given the weekday setting and fewer patrons, this limitation is forgivable. It is no surprise that the hotel has earned the distinction of being a wonderful establishment in Malacca, and without a doubt, it shall be my primary choice on future visits to the city.

I had a memorable one nite stay (a few days ago) at the pristine & white CHRISTEE Suite Hotel. All the staff was helpful, polite & friendly. Bedroom & bathroom was clean, spacious n comfortable with basic necessities provided for. Strategically located near restaurants, shops tourist sites. All within walking distance. A wide array of food for breakfast too. They also have a cozy bar area. Enjoyed my stay at this tastefully decorated Hotel. Worthy Stay. I will come again.

Hotel was quietly serene and welcoming on arrival. Friendly, helpful & efficient service from receptionist, security to the barman. It is well located in the centre of Malacca so easily accessible. We were welcomed with vouchers for lovely cold non-alcoholic drinks which we enjoyed shortly after our arrival. The room including bathroom was nice and spacious including provision of all the usual amenities in a hotel

It was a 2 nights stay on the weekend with family. Love the friendliness of the front desk staff. Good explanation to us. Good choice of breakfast even it is not too much but everything is so nice to our small family. The room very spacious and comfortable. I definitely will return to this hotel again everytime making trip to Melaka. Thank you for a memorable experience. Keep up the good work.

Rooms are clean and tidy, excellence service, and they even tell you which route is close, use which alternative route. Hotel provides bathing salt for room with a bathtub. Breakfast was normal but good to have. Easy to find and location is good. Walkable distance to Jonker.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
