What a wonderful hotel. It is intimate and luxurious. Located just off the Avenue Champs Elysees, it is close to everything but quiet and peaceful as well. The staff is amazing - from bell staff to front desk to concierge. Always a special greeting each day and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed -- from a welcome drink to daily breakfast and transportation. Rooms are spacious and decorated very nicely with large windows and beautiful views. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful enjoyable stay. A lovely cosy home away from home hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, apart from one gentleman on the last day who I found to be quite rude and dismissive. The rooms were impeccable, and super clean and tidy, added bonus that there is a chromecast in the bedroom. The hotel is minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe, and minutes away from the nearest Metro Station. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing, and could not recommend the Korean Beef Stew enough! We will definitely be back, and look forward to our next stay! ❤️

Had an amazing time here. Stayed for a few days during our time in Paris and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of Chateau des Fleurs. The room was perfect, service was above and beyond, and the location was central to many places we wanted to visit.

What a delightful experience! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a delightful start to each day, with freshly squeezed juices and a variety of delicious options. The hotel's location near the Arc de Triomphe was very convenient, making it easy to move around Paris quickly. The attention to detail in the room's design and throughout the hotel is simply impeccable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a memorable and flawless stay!

This hotel simply offered what i expect from a hotel, and even more. The design is very chic and cozy, service level is outstanding, very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are not very big (the usual in Europe) however it has all the features a modern room should offer in a cozy wooden style, with big windows, plenty of sunlight (this was in room 106). The bed will definitely take you to cloud 9! Very comfy and spacious. Bathroom is retro “feel at home” style with great attention to details. the toiletries has a signature smell that I personally loved. Food was good, I had a traditional Parisian breakfast which was made just right. The location may deceive you at first, being in the heart of Paris, right around the corner from Champs-Élysées, you might think it’s the “worn-out” touristic hotel, however it’s far from that with a well designed interior, clean & neat, “feel at home” experience. The hotel is quite new, opened in May 2023 hope they keep the same excellent level.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
