Location is excellent. Parking within the compound. Big enough for about 15 cars. The building is from the colonial era and it's white everywhere. The bed is firm, the sheets are clean. Towels are acceptable. The bathroom only has the huge rain shower head, so if you prefer the handheld shower head, it's simply not available. No shower curtain, no glass partition. The shower water will wet the entire bathroom floor. Despite all my less positive remarks, I will still return. A good balance between the room rate and location and comfort.

The location close to the bar, but they have spacious parking lot. The room is very very clean, also the toilet very clean. Close to convince store and street art around. There’s bus stop close to the hotel. They have hairdryer! L

Location is excellent. Other than that, the rest is mediocre. The lobby is not air-conditioned You couldn't get additional key card And they'll cut your electricity like in a prison when it went pass 12pm check-ouy time. The day staff is rather cold. The night personnel is more helpful and courteous.

Booked for 1 night stay at Standard Double Room for RM143 & our room is at the ground floor. Room a bit small with only 1 plug point and with a basic facilities but it was okay for me and my family because we arrive at night & plan only to stay for a while. After few consideration later we end up extend another 1 night at the hotel but we got different room which is just at front of the counter, i think it is Deluxe Double (booked for RM153). The room space is bigger than the 1st room, more plug point, air conditioner functioning well . But only one thing i don’t like about the room is the front door got big gap at the bottom which is too obvious (i assume around 50mm gap) and the sound from outside is obviously can be heard. At night i have to put cloths to close the gap. Maybe Hotel can do something or put something to seal the gap in future. The rest about the basic facilities i’m okay and the hotel location is very good! They have parking at the hotel but maybe packed on weekend or public holiday. I just walk every morning to the breakfast spot. I recommend this hotel if you happen to find a budget stay at Georgetown & intend to walk around for the tourist attractions & foods.

Parking is nice but not enough. Guard and staffs super friendly and helpful! Nice building. Rooms are ok. Can walk to many places. Price ok.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
