Couldn't recommend enough. The location is brilliant for a Manchester tourist. Right in the centre (we were there for the football). And limitless food and drink around. The place it self is well designed and clean. Staff is also what you pay for. All who I met over four days were nice. Patryck dealt with us. He is a great face for the business. By the end of the day businesses are people plus buildings. Professional, nice and great energy. I never met the fellow before but if I was his boss I would be proud. His family too. And that is a wonderful impression to leave a customer with. Bless

Central location in easy walking distance of the city centre. We managed to secure car parking under the apartments which was convenient and cheaper than nearby public parking (the booking email for the apartment made clear that parking availability is limited but wasn't a problem when we requested to book). The apartment was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes for a family stay. Staff were helpful. We would stay again.

Absolute spot on service. Rob one of the managers there helped us organise a big group of lads, and the lads on reception were patient and totally accomodating for a few lads who had a few Shandy's. So hats off. The rooms and views were spot on, and having the functionality of a kitchen meant we had breakfast together with some nice views. Dishwasher and even a washing machine means it's a great set up for a short or long break in the city. Couldn't recommend these enough. Central location, parking (paid for) and accessible to all transport links. Can't go wrong Thanks

Basic rooms but unfortunately no work table. TV has a mind of it's own with the in built Chromecast turning it on in the middle of the night. It's okay for what it is.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
