Right in front of Minquan West station Exit 4, great location. However, not recommended if you are tall or do not feel comfortable in small space. I stayed in room 101 Deluxe Double Double room type. Not able to stand straight if you are over 160cm height. Toilet is also very small. But overall is clean, and most amenities are provided (toiletries, towel, hairdryer). Sound-proof is also not an issue for our room.

Ciaoer APT in Taipei is located in the Zhongshan District, near the Minquan West Road MRT station. It is a popular choice for budget-minded travelers, as it offers clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Positives: Location: The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. It is also close to many restaurants and shops. (Hotel looks like apartment and make some room for hotel) Cleanliness: The rooms and public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. Staff: The staff is friendly and helpful even we met only in the phone call (no reception counter) Price: The hotel offers good value for money.

Arrive and need to use your phone to call the phone number on the small handwritten sign. They give you the code to enter, dingy hallway. Second phone call, instructions to take key card from drawer and take elevator to your room. That's it. Very nice woman on the phone. Easy place, but expensive and not recommended.

The location is really good. The self-check-in method is actually not difficult. The room is consistent with the picture. Although it is small, it is clean. But the soundproofing of the room is really not good. You can hear the chatting next door, but wearing earplugs can solve this problem. The most painful thing is that I stayed in room 503. There is a water tower on the balcony. As long as someone uses the water (bathing or going to the toilet), it will make a sound. As a result, I was disturbed and frightened by the noise all night long, and the sound could not be solved by wearing earplugs... …Struggling until 3 a.m., I could only give up getting up and watching TV…

Don’t ever booked here !!! The worst experience I ever had!!!!!!! No signboard of their hostel name!! Even though you mentioned check in earlier or put luggage they also don’t alllow and ask you wait until 4pm

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
