Wow what a wonderful time at Cilon Suites. Undeniably the best views. The blue dome was just on one side maybe 20 metres away, and watching the sun set next to the dome was superb. Spotlessly clean, generous delicious breakfast. Plenty of choices. Both pillows and mattress high quality and comfortable. Room spacious. Huge flat screen TV. Great air con. Lots of convenience store, takeaways, pharmacy within 2 minutes walk. You can walk into Fira. To go one further the ladies having flying dress photography done were doing this within 50 metres of us - meaning the views ARE the best on the island. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with the Caldera view hot tub. Highly recommended A++++++

This is definitely one of the best hotel i have stay. The room is clean and comfortable to sleep. Their service is excellent. My luggage didnt manage to go to Santorini and they assist me to communicate with the airport and keep me update the status of my luggage. Good job. definitely will stay there again if i go back to Santorini.

This is my 5th time to the island and first at Cilon. I have to say Amelia and team were the best I have ever come across on the island. Coming from NYC client satisfaction is always at the top of my list when it comes to hospitality and the team here didn’t disappoint. Truly felt like I was with family. Always smiling and eager to serve. Fantastic tips on local restaurants and they were spot on! Views also don’t get any better. It was sad to leave because we got to know the staff so well. I highly recommend this to anyone who comes here for the first time.

The honeymoon suite was perfect for two! The staff was so kind and helpful - they assisted with our luggage, and arranged taxis and an ATV rental. Breakfast everyday was delicious and customizable. We even got a “to go” breakfast when we had an early morning to catch the ferry. Highly recommend staying here in Imerovigli. Great location to supermarket and walking distance to some great restaurants. It was my favorite part of the island - very quiet, peaceful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
