Beware of scams and overcharging. During check-in the ladies at the reception noted that I had only registered one guest, but we were a couple checking in so they saw the opportunity to charge extra. I was given a piece of paper or «contract» with a price given as a question mark (?) to sign so they would determine the price later when I was not present. Naturally I refused to sign and the manager realized they had to change tactics. The manager then came up with a number: 200 baht/night extra for being 2 guest instead of one. I reluctantly payed because I just wanted to check-in after our long travels. I then double-checked the claim that a double room with no breakfast was more expensive if registering 2 guests than 1 guest. It is of course not. The price for a double room is the same regardless of registering 1 or 2 guests. The price given in the booking apps like Agoda and Booking(.) com are for two people. I went through the booking process multiple times and confirmed this. I then sent a message to the reception staff regarding this and I also made a customer service case with the booking provider about this since it is illigal and against their policy. I also mentioned this to the staff in the reception and asked them to bring it up with the manager. They did not answer any of my messages or requests and the manager was of course not present during check-out. I am now writing this review to tell others about this scam so they can avoid this in the future. Apart from this, the first room we got had a tremendously loud and squeaky bed and wooden floor and the view was mostly blocked by trees and not like the pictures at all. After requesting to change room the lady at the reception offered a free upgrade only to withdraw the offer after a phone call with the manager. Then they offered a price of 290 baht/night extra for the upgrade and told me it was usually around 500-something baht. I accepted the upgrade and the new room was pretty nice and had a nice view. After checking the price difference on the rooms online I reealised they had overcharged by around 3x the normal price difference, but thats on me for not checking. The view from the top floor is nice, but that does not make up for the appaling feeling of being tricked and overcharged at every opportunity.

Beatiful views,peaceful 3 nights, Few small issues that earned them only 4 stars, toilet was broken and repaired almost every day! And broke immediately after every day, overcharged for scooter hire first day 300 baht, then 250 next day,with different receptionist.l?.They of course denied this, said i was given change afyer quote of 300b and given 300 b?? then got a bit rude & disrespectful when asked to explain these extra charges.. I gave up, paid whatever necessary and was happer to leave.than stay.

We were very content with our stay at cinnamon beach villas. The view from our room was stunning, the location overall was beautiful! You have direct access to the beach which enables you to take long, relaxed walks to the next town. The hotel complex was dreamy as it is built on a hill and to get to the restaurant you need to follow the stairs down as you have the beautiful gardening on your left and right, at night you can hear the frogs croak from the pond and when you’re lucky you can even see the Milky Way due to little light pollution. the staff was incredibly sweet, charismatic and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Just insane beautiful. A bit outside of lamai, but with motorbike it should be no issue. But from the pool to the room for this low price around 1000 baht, I had hotels that were 10x this price

Great experience! The room is spacious and super clean. Amazing views to Lamai beach and lovely swimming pool. The service is very kind and helpful specially Taeng Moo! Recommend it 100%!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
