This hotel was an absolute delight! The place is beautifully decorated and has a really elegant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure I had a great stay. And the food...oh my! Each meal was a mouthwatering feast - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I honestly didn't want to leave. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and delicious experience!

Excellent service by the hotels staff. Especially the excellent service from Sandun Fernando of the F&B team as well as fantastic quality food all around the hotel restaurants. The boat ride by the nature trails staff created some wonderful memories for my family. I would definitely come here again.

Overall stay-in was good. Beautiful location. Amazing staff. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were few exceptional staff members who went out of the way and made our stay a comfortable and a memorable experience.

Amazing hotel with beautiful surroundings, and luxury comfort. Location - excellent Reception - excellent, professional Rooms - excellent upkeep, luxury feel Restaurant - excellent Service - excellent We had buffet dinner and breakfast. Huge spread with dishes from most of the Asian countries and continental too. The food was awesome and service highly professional. Would definitely recommend to others and also visit them again.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel with our extended family. Both the front office and F&B teams were very accomodating and friendly. Exceptional service by the staff during the birthday lunch & tea party for our toddler, head chef even managed an exquisite "peppa pig" themed birthday cake. We had a great stay, food was always delicious and fresh with lots of variety at the restaurant, rooms were spacious and comfy, pool was relaxing while night entertainment was refreshing. Thank you for an amazing stay, Team Citadel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
