There is something about a lobby in certain hotels that makes you so relaxed the moment you just walk in. The lobby lounge at Cinnamon Lakeside in Colombo is one of them. I came here to spend a little time before making another appointment. Service was good. The beverage was okay and the atmosphere very calm. There was a piano player in the background, and the place is not too loud or crowded. One thing that fascinates me is a visit to the restroom. In all the cinnamon hotels there is a strong aroma of cinnamon, which is so refreshing and a positive blast to all the senses. They have a nice food menu with a long list of desserts. I know I will definitely be back. I have heard that their High Tea is the best in Colombo. And yes, I came back for the High Tea (had Iced Coffee). The savories and sweets on a 3-tier tray were superb. Not to forget the piano player who played some fantastic pieces to enhance the ambiance and air for the afternoon.

One of the best hotel in the city centre. We had a lovely stay at Cinnamon Lakeside on our trip to Sri Lanka. Staff was amazing! We had a warm welcome by Mr. Hakel and friendly front office team. Spacious rooms and wonderful service by housekeeping! Food was superb, specially the buffet breakfast. Restaurant service was excellent. Everything was perfect with our stay.

My favorite place in this hotel is the pool and it's new bar .Great pool staff very attentive and dedicated to their customers on safety and service. the quality of the water and cleanliness is excellent. Interesting menu and Drinks . The only negative part are the crows when you are eating there pick in your plates in group of 3-5 . This need urgent attention. The security service is very friendly and dedicated

Our family was here recently to celebrate a special occasion. The lunch buffet was smaller in comparison to some other buffets we have been to. However the food was absolutely delicious! The service staff were also very attentive and did a fabulous job. It made our afternoon very enjoyable and memorable. Loved the Tom Yum soup and the desserts! Keep up the good work. We will definitely return for another fabulous experience.

Spent a wonderful morning at Goodies at Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel. It was the perfect spot to enjoy my usual coffee and get some work done. The ambiance was inviting and conducive to a productive morning. A special shout-out to Mohamed Rizwan for his excellent service – he made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a great place to relax and unwind or to find a cozy corner to work in. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
