A very good hotel. Rooms fine. Breakfast overwhelming. Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful rooftop terrace and pool. Small gym. Good location close to a park and not far from the old town. Excellent place.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times for both business and leisure trips, and I've consistently been impressed. The staff is fantastic, but the only drawback is they require a refundable deposit in cash. Not always convenient as we don't always carry cash, finding an alternative solution would be great. Rooms are super clean, and the food is delicious. Overall, a great experience.

Well, this place like from 90s. The hotels standards are different now in the modern world. As they have smoking rooms the whole hotel smells very bed. Xmas decorations were very nice. Food in the cafe in the level of reception was very very bed. I had the worst pizza of my life. The top level with the pool and bar was nice. The view was standing! Star was slow but friendly.

A great urban hotel with ample of facilities to have a comfortable stay. Although it was built recently the TV's and some stuff seem a bit of older generation but apart from that everything else was nice. Specially there's a spectacular view overlooking the whole Colombo and the port city. Food was great and their breakfast buffet was worth the price. The rooftop pool and the gymnasium got the basic amenities and cleanliness was good. Overall it's an ideal choice if you want to hang around Colombo for a few days and to get on with your stuff.

Very friendly service; wonderful breakfast buffet, good food in general; good location in Colombo for exploring the city. We also had a nice room, because we booked extra sea view. The only significant minus point: We had booked a triple room as our daughter was with us. However, the advertised third bed was just a rickety cot - very, very uncomfortable. It took a lot of effort to get it right. The hotel urgently needs to improve this!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
