        The apartment is very nice, but the handling is very poor. I rented an apartment for a month and after paying it he told me I wouldn't stay for the whole month, he would take me outside for two days in the middle of the month. This was supposed to tell me before I paid, not after. Then I had one day a week to clean the apartment, dishes, etc. In the middle of the month I stopped cleaning the dishes, which was not his right. The agreement was that the dishes and everything in the apartment would be cleaned, and the dishes were only cleaned once, and the next week I stopped that

        I always love a stay at Circa. It was my first time that I took my spouse there and he now loves it as much as I do. Got a Penthouse, amazing views, clean and modern rooms. Value for money. I'll be back, as usual.

        I had an excellent stay, the hotel has everything you need alongside having a really good customer service which is unmatched. The assistants were more than happy to push some strings such as allowing me to take breakfast from downstairs to my room upstairs. I genuinely enjoyed the safety, the widened rooms, TV and constant housekeeping. I have nothing bad to say and will return when i come to Cape Town for my next trip. Thank you very much for your services.

        Stayed here for 4 days and I was impressed. The outside doesn't look great but the rooms are impressive, they are large and well furnished and modern. Definitely good for the price. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The inside of the building is clean and looks good. Downside is that the parking inside is narrow, so make sure you use a car, a Van was a tight squeeze. There is an additional charge of R100 per night to store your car. You can book on the website and apparently it is included.

        Currently no restaurant so no breakfast available as advertised. We were booked here and left straight after we got to the rooms. My room had a very strange smell, my colleague's bed spread was stained yellow and we, as three woman felt very uneasy to stay in a very empty hotel in rooms that were, to be honest, creepy.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
