Cash payment only. 1k deposit is required. Both were not stated in the website. Room is clean. No windows. Staff is friendly Wifi is kinda weak. Location is great! Just outside Circuit Mall.

It is worth the price you pay for. Nothing really fancy but it has everything you need. The location is just right across ayala malls circuit and samsung theatre so if you are attending an event in the area this is the perfect place. Wifi is good, tv is netflix ready. I just wish they can modernize the doors because of the noise when you open and lock them.

Double premium room was described to have a fleece blanket but was later on informed that premium room just have thin cotton blankets. Wifi/internet was so slow that TV was unuseable since it does not have any local channels only internet/Netflix/YouTube. Has no I room slippers.

I am no critic of any particular standing, and so, perhaps, the total view of my experiences is here overall pleasant. My one issue, peripheral though it is, has to do with the Wi-Fi: we were disconnected a few hours before checkout, which was a teensy bit inconvenient. Aside from that, I had a wonderful time.

The price for the room is very reasonable and the rooms are clean but unfortunately that's where it ends. I am 6 ft tall, 183cm , and could not stand upright as there are bulk heads everywhere, tv did not work, and the area is very noisy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
