Three starts seem a bit stingy but 4 seem generous. The vibe and style are lovely and much of the food was very good. But the lighting is awful in the bathroom mirror and quite dim in the room unless you want to let anyone who walks by see into your room. The rooms face a center courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and bedding were top notch. The food was mostly very good - though the service was sometimes slow. The rooftop was lovely - didn’t get to experience the pool or the Hot tub as it was quite chilly. This is an expensive property - they should put water in the rooms for guests. They will bring it if you ask - or they may forget like they did when my friend requested some. Just give the guests water when you are charging such expensive rates. Also there there was noise that could have easily been avoided if they put a piece of glass in the window rather than just a shutter. There was a wooden shutter in place of a window in one little nook of the room - presumably to get fresh air in there. And I get that. But it opened out into an area that was like an atrium so I could hear the people below me - their phone alarms ringing in the morning was annoying. It could not be closed off to the noise. There was a lovely entryway to the room which provided some light but the room was otherwise quite dark. There was a set of windows that would have offered good light if i opened the shutters but you are then in like a store window - anyone going to their room would see into yours. The walkway goes right past. The top half could open independently of the bottom providing some privacy but if someone were on the terrace looking down you could see into my room if those shutters were open. So I kept those closed so the room was a little dark. But the lighting in the bathroom sink area was awful. It was impossible to put on makeup in there. So so dim. And overhead lighting casting shadows - you look awful. I had to go stand in the entryway and squint into the little mirror on the eyeshadow case to put makeup on. So bring a larger mirror - one you can stand up on the desk and go get ready in the window where you can wave to your fellow hotel guests. 😂

Very loud private party on the rooftop bar until 2am was very frustrating as it was incredibly loud, couldn’t sleep. Breakfast had generous portions but not great quality, slow service and pork belly arrived like leather. Told the jacuzzi was broken for the whole trip by the rooftop staff but reception said it should be working, so not sure if roof staff just didn’t want the hassle of having it on. Bedrooms were so nice and the building was very cool, that was the only saving grace. Not worth the higher price.

This hotel is really nice The rooftop bar has an amazing view over an interesting part of the old city center, and there are cool shops inside for souvenirs. The rooms are super clean and big, and the bed is really comfy. I had a great time staying here, the rooftop view and the big comfy rooms made my stay awesome!

Amazing to find this cool, minimalist designed and extremely comfortable hotel with a rooftop bar, restaurant and (small) pool right in the middle of this big city. I love the design of the room which manages to be clean, fresh and cosy at the same time. The rooftop bar and breakfast area is most comfortable and elegant. The staff are friendly but the level of English at the reception should be improved and there's a kind of diffidence in that area of the service. I would also point out that my room on the top floor was affected by the noise made by the maintenance staff through out the night. The first response from the reception was that it was next door. Then after two further nights of the same noise disturbance, the manager then told me that it was one of the hotel's staff working on the roof restaurant area. I had to move room and then it was ok. I feel the hotel should not have told me a different story about the origin of the noise first. Still, I can recommend this hotel and would stay again if I return.

stayed in a beautifully designed room with a private patio and it was very clean. only thing i didn’t like is that the room above us had windows that open into the patio, so it isn’t very private as anyone can peer down at you if you are relaxing there. all of the hotel staff were very friendly, especially salvatore and rest of the breakfast staff. hotel felt very safe and secure. location is great as it’s right next to the zócalo. it can be a bit noisy until late in the night but i didn’t mind the liveliness. however, this may bother others who want a quiet experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
