I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, My stay at this Hotel was incredibly disappointing, it’s not hotel even, electricity was not working for a half day, not comfortable beds at all, and not the same room showing in booking, It was a terrible experience as the hotel didn't clean the room at all during my stay. There was no evidence of any cleaning done, and the room remained in the same untidy and dirty condition throughout. It was highly disappointing and unacceptable.

I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel Door once locked it get jammed and very difficult to open . Even if we asked, no other room provided and english they don't know well. So communication was very difficult. Unfortunately four days we were their 3 days power cut from morning 6am till 10 am . And its December month.with out room heater water heater working how can we get ready to go out for tour visits.

The staff is really nice, location is only an 2-3 minutes to the city center; quiet neighborhood. Rooms were clean and we had housekeeping service every day! I made a last minute booking so I did not expect much as I did not really check the accommodation before booking. However, this place exceeds my expectations and definitely I will recommend it to everyone who visiting Baku! Very elegant hotel with wonderful and lovely staff. Rooms are nice with everything you need. A nice welcoming treat as well! Loved it!

It’s actually not a hotel, some rooms in an apartment managed by couple of guys. The reality is worst by far than the pictures. Location is very good but rooms are very small, bathrooms are not originally built in the room but they were attached in it and sound of there exhaust fans is too noisy. Be careful if you booked a room using any booking site because when you check in they will ask to cancel for free and they might give you a little discount. DONT do it because you won’t be able to rate the hotel and they will feel free to do what they want. Breakfast is absolutely horrible I’d rather die hungry than eat it. I don’t recommend the place to anyone. There are many places around it with the same value and better overall experience.

Disgusting! Dirty floor, kitchen and kitchenwares. Gas stoves, kettle, washing machine and fridge all are not working. Everything is old in the apartment. They canceled our booking on our third day so we cannot write a review on Agoda app. And they charged us 10usd for the door knob which was broken because you need to force the door to open it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
