What an amazing hotel! This has to be one of the best hotels I've stayed at and I've stayed at a few really good ones. I'm writing this review sitting in my room no 502, enjoying the beautiful view from the window. I can see the majestic Sultan Qaboos Mosque on one side and a beautiful sunset on the other. The moment I entered this hotel and was greeted by the friendly lady at the reception, I had a feeling that this was going to be a good stay. Staff: All staff are really friendly and helpful. From reception staff to room service: they are all great people. Nothing is a hassle for them. Rooms: Very spacious, bright and quiet rooms with very comfortable bed. Everything is functional. Air con, TV, iron etc : everything works perfectly. The room came with a full kitchen, which was very handy. Location: Ideal. Not too far from anything worth visiting really.

A perfectly located hotel, driving distance to the most popular attractions but also quiet! Located also just around the corner from the infamous Dukanah Cafe - a just try! Staff are very friendly and happy to help, and then rooms are large and well equipped, with large and very comfy beds. Rooftop pool is also a lovely addition. Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely horrible stay here. I booked because of the great reviews and was deeply disappointed upon checking into my room. My room was not clean (and it seems that no maintenance work has been done) and there is a foul odor in the bathroom as well as the smell of cigarette smoke in my room. I have spoken to several staff members. Each time I was told that they would call back within 15 minutes. Not once did anyone call back and each time I followed up, a different person answered the phone. DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
