We really liked the ambience of the hotel in general. Pretty much convenient location (less than an hour by the direct train from the Airport, half an hour to the BMW Museum, 11 minutes by tram to the city centre). The lobby is very cosy and comfortable, divided by separate areas which you can use for working or chatting with the friends. Free tea and coffee by the entrance all the time of the day. Also, welcome croissants and bezels on the reception desk. Our own experience... First, our room was with two joined beds, we asked the room with one big bed and lady from the reception changed it for us, so we got another room next day. The temperature in the room is really warm. The kitchenette is a great option inside. Ladies on the reception are very professional, especially Lena who kindly used to assist us with our requests during our stay. She provided many tips how to spend the time in Munich visiting most interesting places. In the checkout day we received an Xmas present from the hotel which completed our best memories from that place. Our stay was excellent!!! The room is well equipped and the location is good! It's a walking distance to the center of the city! A coffee machine offers hot coffee and chocolate 24/7 and all the personnel is eager to help! Thank you for making our stay comfortable!!!

Comfortable room with small kitchen. Microwave, fridge, stove and even a dishwasher. Soap for dishes and dishwasher provided along with dishes and pots for cooking. Tram line directly outside for easy access to the main square. Friendly helpful staff, Lisa was particularly nice and welcoming. Free coffee and pretzels/ croissants when available. I would definitely stay here again.

I won't recommend it for one night stay is far away and nothing nice around.bseems more for long stay as they have apartment style I wondered why my company booked it for me. There was not hot water to shower after I came back later at night and was too late to bother calling the reception as si had to leave at 6am for the airport

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
