Score: 3.5 stars, rounded up. The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and we slept very well. Staff very friendly, too. The issue is the ventilation: every morning of our 4 day stay, we were woken up at 7am by strong cooking smells, onion, garlic, etc. Apparently the people next door were cooking - that’s their right, but it shouldn’t affect the rooms next to it. Still, the hotel is very good value in Singapore and I’m glad we stayed here.

Very good value for money. Super clean room, nice skyline view from the room. Helpful staff and an amazing coffee place across the street. Is there anything more you can need? Maybe a better MRT connection to the city center, but the bus stop is right in front of the door which makes up for it.

Good quality for a fair price. Tidy and spacious rooms, nice swimming pool area. The only downside was unpleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the shower drain (room wasnt probably used for some time)

Just checked-out of this place earlier today. Stayed for a 9 nights at Premier Bedroom room as a couple. Check-in was smooth. Room was spacious enough for a longer stay, never had a feeling of a small apartament. Location is perfect. You can reach everything of interest within 30 minutes or less using Singapores public transport. Theres is little 24/7 shop working at lobby level for a quick snack or drink. Pool and lounge area is great. Everything felt and looked clean through out the stay. Overall very happy with my desicion to book a stay here and totally recommend it. By the way. The views from 23rd floor were great!

Over the last 10 months, my experience at Citadines Balestier has been pleasing. Very convenient to the city center. The breakfast offered is delightful with many options, particularly the nice home-roasted coffee. It provides an excellent beginning to each day for me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
