Hotel made me wake up at 7.30am the two days I was staying with them so that an engineer could do work in ventilation (and guess what, no engineer even turned up).. I also booked a twin but we were given a double, so we had to make our own twin bed up ourselves. The ventilation smelt like dirty socks and sick so I had to have it switched off for the whole stay. Don't waste your money on a hotel that treats it's guests like this

Excellent location, dog friendly, which in London is a bonus! Don't see many dogs! Rambo the doxie loved it, especially the staff, who actually loved him! Lovely room with small kitchen, everything you need, as outside their is absolutely everything on your doorstep. Muffins are available from 8am! And they are a MUST! Tea and coffee facilities in room and complimentary Tea,Coffee,Hot chocolate, etc. in the downstairs lounge area. My only complaint is having to try and connect and pay for a screen share,to television, allot easier just to turn up and switch television on after a long day. Overall, it is an excellent location, plenty of places all around for coffee, and drinks and lots of interesting places to eat.

Nice rooms. No daily room service, only once every few days (if you stay longer). No breakfast room, only the option to order some takeaway breakfast. View from the window was not very pleasant, had a direct view into some dirty/messy apartments across the street.

We booked a 1-BD with our infant and it was great. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a quiet neighborhood but close to some cool sites. Beatrice was delightful to work with and we definitely recommend staying here!

The room is newly remodeled, it’s clean but small though. My room has a small kitchen and dinning bar. Bathroom is not big, with a shower. The front desk staffs are very nice and friendly, helping me to keep the luggage and sort out transportation questions. I like this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
