A great location, lovely hotel - our room had 2 beds and there wasn't much more room. Although, our snowboard bag and a large suitcase just fit in. There is lovely staff here. Just a street away from the main street and 5-10mins walk from the subway/train.

Lovely view and the train station is only around a 5-7 minute walk!! So convenient and there are Lawsons, family marts and 7-11 very close to the hotel some of them was less than a minutes walk from the hotel. So much good food in the area too!!

Second time for me to stay here and absolutely love the location. Above a Lawson. And nearby the underground tunnel connecting to Shinjuku station. Rooms are decently sized for Tokyo for the price. Just note that there ac units can get hot sometimes. Tried fixing but maybe it’s on an energy saving mode.

This hotel is positioned in a great location at the heart of Shinjuku and the Kabukicho area. As a downside, while it is the trend in Tokyo hotels to offer very limited space, this hotel promises “deluxe double” rooms, where it is not possible to fit two cabin-sized luggage and with no room for clothes/utilities. Perhaps their thought is that another room is to be booked for your belongings and luggage.

Had a comfortable stay here. The rooms were very clean and the location was very convenient. The only downside is that the rooms feel a little dated and slightly rundown.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
