Everything about this hotel was awesome! The location was top notch, close to the metro and pretty much everything! Service was great and everyone was soooo nice! Rooms were kind of small but manageable! Got us taxis held our luggage and did pretty much everything for us if we asked! All the food is free they leave in your room as well. Would definitely book this place again if it was available and I was in the area!

We loved our stay at the Citadines connect city centre Singapore. First of all the location is perfect when traveling from the airport by public transportation (we took 1 bus for around 50 minutes). We arrived early in the morning after a long flight with almost no sleep. We could have passed the time chilling at the rooftop pool (which is beautiful) but our 4 year old really needed some sleep. The staff was very accommodating and even gave us an upgrade so we could check in way earlier than normal. We stayed at the loft room. It was a very nice room, good beds, nice mini bar and coffee. It's not super quiet (but what hotel is?) And it didn't bother us. Housecleaning did their job at all hours, which is good if you sleep in or stay in your room during 'normal' cleaning hours. The hotel is close to the subway so a good base to explore the city. Overall we would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Singapore!

Excellent stay! Staff were professional and helpful, it was sparkling clean, good location and the free minibar was a nice touch. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all and if I or anyone I know come back to Singapore, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough.

My parents and I joined our stay at Citadines city center. It's at a prime location, well accessible to public transit systems. The staff are extremely helpful. I booked two rooms. As my mom is a light sleeper, they arrange a room facing inside courtyard, and it's very quiet. The room is also stacked with a full bar of non-alcohol drinks and snacks. Very sweet touch! The roof swimming is gorgeous, a nice over-look of the city. We enjoyed our pool time! The room is small but efficient and effective for price we paid. I loved my stay there!

Had a really wonderful experience at Citadines City Centre as the staff were really professional and helpful. The location of this hotel is really great as my family and I were able to walk to Plaza Sing to do our shopping and then return back to the hotel to place our stuff before walking to 313 for dinner. Being right in the City Centre like what the name suggests is really convenient and allows us to assess the nearby malls and amenities without having to book Grab. On top of this, the swimming pool is really beautiful and very well maintained, coupled with a 24-hour gym for us to still keep fit amidst all the festive eating. I'm so glad that I made the choice in choosing Citadines City Centre for this short staycation as it was such a wonderful experience. I would really recommend this hotel to all those who value good service, cleanliness and easy assess to all the nearby amenities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
