        Stayed here with my mom and sister last week. I loved the location! It is close to everything around Manhattan! The subway is also close by. The front desk concierge was very helpful and nice. I initially added early check in but upon arrival I noticed a lot of other families waiting. We didn’t get our room until 2:45pm. I did get refunded the $40 for early check in but I had to call to get that done. Housekeeping only showed up once and that’s because my mom asked if our garbage could be taken out and if we could receive fresh towels. During our whole stay the outdoor key scan didn’t work so we couldn’t get in unless somebody opened the door past 10pm. One night a different guest banged on the window so hard and ended up making a big scene. The concierge was busy helping a different guest. I did notice somebody else there the following night that opened the door. Oh also no soap or shampoo.

        Room a bit narrow but clean, reception also narrow but location was great. Staff trying their best to serve you and i can feel it. I think the hotel always fully booked. But there is no jet shower for closets and the water pressure sometimes low, have to wait a few seconds. Other was good.

        Let's start with the positive, great location and great front desk staff. We were there for 3 nights they did not clean our room, not even the garbage. The toilet was blocked and tv was not working upon our arrival. Changed rooms still no housekeeping service we had to ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper. Not worth the price sorry.

        I received great service from check-in to check-out. The reception helped with everything. They kept my luggage in the warehouse before check-in and after check-out. They organized my airport transfer. My room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is already great. Don't believe the bad reviews!

        I recently stayed here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite confirming a room through Expedia for my family, I was told to take two separate rooms instead. The staff's lack of empathy and refusal to accommodate us on a higher floor added to the disappointment. To make matters worse, the lower-level rooms had unpleasant toilet odors, making our stay uncomfortable. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel or chain. In the future, I'll opt for more established brands known for consistent service. Disappointed.
