My recent stay at Citadines Connect Rochester was an all-around positive experience. The hotel exuded a modern and stylish ambiance, creating a welcoming environment. The service was impeccable, with the staff being both professional and accommodating. We booked a a corner suite on the 3rd floor it was quite compact (quite like most of the hotels in Singapore), but was thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and functional space. The negative aspect was the limited on-site amenities, which might not suit those looking for extensive facilities – being a value hotel. The breakfast options were limited, Grab and Go catering to the on-the-move executives, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. For breakfast, trying the local kaya toast and coffee is a must. Tourist sites like Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands are conveniently accessible from the hotel. Optimal times to visit would be during Singapore's dry season from February to April or the festive season around Christmas for a vibrant atmosphere. Overall, Citadines Connect Rochester is an excellent choice for those seeking a well-situated and comfortable stay in Singapore.

Great little hotel, super sustainable, no plastic water bottles and limited single.use plastics. Even wooden door keys. Refillable water jug with water filters on each floor. Room is a bit tight and a strange layout with no proper entry to the hotel, also no restaurant so breakfast is a 3rd party doing takeaway breakfasts. That being said the breakfasts have been pretty tasty and well prepared

Cleaned. WiFi connection is good. Customer service friendly and nice. The kids enjoyed their hotel stay at Citadines! 😊 Walking distance from Buona Vista MRT station and The Star Vista . There is a Starbucks just right beside the hotel area. Best place for early breakfast.

Hotel was a little bit hard to find at first. It was on the side of a building, and the reception was actually on another floor. They have their own elevator on the reception floor just for access to the rooms. We did send them a few questions about the stay a few months prior and they were very responsive. We noted that the common area by the reception was very nice, I wish I had the time to spend around there during my stay. Drinking water was available outside of the room at a designated location on the floor. Terrance access was a nice touch, but I was not sure if the tables were communal or not since they were in front of the different hotel rooms.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern for a 4 star. Hotel don't offer breakfast nor have a restaurant but you can purchase coffee/breakfast set from front desk. Staff really helpful. Once checked in, they will follow up with whatsapp for anything they can service you. Ask them anything that you need.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
