The photos of this hotel are a misrepresentation of reality. We came 40 minutes before check in at 3pm and the room was still not ready. Not to mention, when the receptionist gave us to key to go upstairs to our room, they were still cleaning and we heard the hotel manager telling the cleaning person “c’est dégustasse » multiple times which means it’s disgusting. Indeed once we entered the room, it was outdated and there were stains all OVER - even the curtains. I could not sleep thinking what kind of bodily stains there were on the bed. The mattress was not even protected correctly. This is just a BIG red flag. Avoid.

This hotel is outdated, kinda dirty with walls thin like paper. The breakfast is much too expensive for the choice they offer. Quality is also poor. Every service costs money even if you ask for toilet paper or towels, etc. During fair times at least they triple the prices.

The Apartment is small but very well distributed, even with separated rooms for bath & toilet. Kitchen is fully equipped, even with a small dishwasher. The problem is parking, their parking lot is small so if you don't reserve a lot in advance you will need to park in another garage 5-10 minutes away on foot. Very well located, close to beaches and city center. Cleaning was not incredible but was fine. Overall rating is good.

The location was excellent, walking distance from the city centre, beach and train station. The reception was friendly. Great wifi connection. The room was cozy. A washing machine in the room was a lovely surprise. One negative thing I have to say that during a week stay there was cleaning only once. Would think in a hotel that there would be some check-up every day for example for towels, toilet paper and such while three people were staying in the room.

We arrived and the room they gave us is EMBARRASSING. I understand that usually the photos are always better but this time the photos are not realistic AT ALL. It seems like a basement and I'm a person that usually never complains. They didn't offer us to change it, we had to request it and we also have to pay more..... The receptionist was not helpful at all and looked like she was almost laughing at us so very rude while we tried to stay as polite as possible. Thank you for ruining our trip.
