I had a great experience at Citadines Fusionopolis. Everything was better than I expected. The apartment is strategically located close to the centre, in the peaceful area and within a shopping mall building, so ideal and convenient to live in. Cleaning service every other day was a big relief for me, as I was there for a work trip and didn't have much time. In the same way the dry cleaning service available every day was life-saving for me. A big hug to the the staff (Kosha, Vicel, Tasha and Ben) who were friendly, smiling and helpful at all time. A final special mention to Kosha for all the local recommendations and tips she gave me to get acquainted easily and quickly in Singapore (as it was my first time there). She always suggested me places to visit and awesome food places to check out, making my stay very enjoyable. I will for sure come back here at my next work trip.

It was very comfortable stay during my family holidays. The room was clean, i was able to wash my clothes after trip all day n make light food in the kitchen. The scenery that i looked out on 19th floor was fantastic. Furthermore, i didnt hv to go far as they hv foodcourt n large supetmarket in the basement. If i visit singapore again, definitely, i will choose again. Thanks.

If your business trip is in one-north, this place is perfect. Good value for the high price, right above MRT/restaurants/hawker/cafes/grocery, great view of the downtown skyline. Breakfast is so-so.

The room was spacious and clean. Comes with well equip kitchen, a dinning area with great view and 2 toilets (one with a bath tub and the other standing shower). View from the room was fantastic and during the day was the room is brightly lighted making it feel very homely. MRT is located just below the hotel and there is supermarket and eateries in the building itself but shop close a little early. Staff was very helpful and friendly making it a pleasant stay. Thanks

The Premier apartment was large and loft style with a balcony. The best part was that there was a bathroom on both floors. The location was convenient just above One North MRT and with a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative for us was that the electrical fuse went off twice in our room late at night. The desk sent someone to fix it soon enough but it was just inconvenient to be awake at 11.30 pm waiting for them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
