My stay here was exceptional. The location, staff, and quality of service exceeded my expectations. Ramadan was especially helpful as he did everything to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. This man is definitely an expert when it comes to hospitality and took great care of us! I recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an affordable and comfortable hotel where the staff treats you in a way that will guarantee another stay. I know the next time I need to travel to the marina area in Dubai, I will be staying here again

I had a great experience. If you are looking for a Luxurious hotel, this is probably not the place for you. I enjoyed it because the location is excellent, the metro is 80 steps away from the hotel which is very convenient, there are several grocery stores around as well as restaurants. I stayed at the club apartment and it’s comfortable and spacious enough. The kitchen is very nice. It has everything you need. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is very helpful and willing to solve any issues or concerns you may have. Kamal the house keeping was always smiling and with a great attitude. I love that everyone makes you feel very welcome and comfortable.

The staff, including Sierre Leone buddy😅, Ibrahim, and the tall receptionist, were fantastic. The room, while large, lacked comfort. However, the affordable upgrade was a plus. Breakfast fell short, but the prime location near Internet City metro station was a major highlight.

Had an Executive Studio in the Citadines Metro Central Dubai and was positively surprised. Really spacious studio with all kitchen utilities you can need. Very clean. Great bedroom and bathroom as well. Staff very kind and friendly. The metro station is 50m from the hotel entrance with which most of the activities in Dubai can easily be reached. Around the hotel, lots of supermarkets and restaurants. The only thing that is not very good is the pretty small pool, otherwise highly recommended hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at Citadines Metro Central Hotel, it’s simple and quiet. Suitable for families and long stays as the rooms are fully furnished with kitchen and washing machine. My stay was fine but what made my stay amazing is the staff, especially Angelene who assisted me all throughout. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
