        Enjoyed my 10 night stay. really good location near to most things. Lots of food options nearby. Studio comes with microwave, grill/oven and dishwasher. Room cleaning is once every 2 days but more frequent cleaning can be requested. Free use of launderette is nice. Room cleaning standards vary but overall ok. Only negative thing is that the pots and pans are showing signs of wear and tear with scratches in the non stick pans.

        Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff who efficiently carried out their duties. Location is perfect with tram stop just a few steps away. Plenty of restaurants and eateries close by. My suite was extremely spacious and very clean. Very happy indeed with my eight nights stay.

        A great place to stay, walking distance to everything in the CBD. Staff were friendly and can’t fault the room at all, everything was clean and well presented. I booked the Studio executive which promised and portrayed a skyline view of Melbourne on the website advertising, and still does - this was completely non existent in the room I was allocated, facing a concrete building from the new construction next door. On request I was moved to a room the next day with a partial view. A change to the website advertising those rooms now sadly blocked should reflect this.

        Super comfortable beds with a feather-down doona. Spotlessly clean. Simple modern decor. The swimming pool is nice, slightly heated - my suggestion is to air condition (heat) the room in which the pool is located. There is no ability to order food to be delivered to your room by the hotel, nor is there a restaurant except a very popular Thai out the front which there are long queues for! We had no view - just a wall, but we were on a lower floor as we upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment which suited us better. We enjoyed our stay. Near to Chinatown and a short walk or tram down the hill to Bourke St Mall.

        Clean, comfortable, modern facility & great location. There are so many good eateries near by! Two blocks from the mall, very central location. Good gym & pool. Also has functional sauna as well. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
