This hotel was fantastic!! Everything was perfect, the service was fantastic (from the lobby to the security people), the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in district 3 but close enough to the museum of war and district 1. It's way more quiet than district 1. If I come back to HCMC one day I will definitely be going back to this hotel. The only little thing that could be better is to have free breakfast but It's really not a big deal there's a lot of good restaurants nearby! Thanks for everything!!

Only cons for us were smaller than expected bed size and a few minor inconveniences like the room telephone not working but, otherwise many pros. Staff is absolutely wonderful. The build quality is good and room fittings/appliances very high quality. Great shower as well as water pressure. Phenomenal value for Saigon’s current high lodging prices and the. Wouldn’t hesitate to return

- Great location. Whatever you need for trip which are nearby. Food, things to buy, things to see, laundry service…. - no detail information that what we can use like water or coke or snacks… - my room are ok. They help me clean everyday. But I only have one comment that my bed sheet have got one hole. Just a small mistakes. - please remember to check carefully when you over Agoda about breakfast include or not. Just make sure. - Amazing location of hotel. If your booking are not included breakfast, you can walk around, there are many food can eat like Pho, bread, noodles…

Stayed here for 5 days. ✅ Good points: location is amazing! In central areas, Convenience stores nearby (circle K and GS 25), lovely spa within walking distance (Sa Spa highly recommended), a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby There’s a laundry area where u can purchase coins from the staff to wash and dry (around 90k VND which is reasonable). Very convenient! Staff are lovely from receptionists to security guards, extremely helpful and friendly 👎🏻Rooms are not 100% clear. My bed sheets were not clean on my 1st day with a lot of dirty marks - asked reception to change and thankfully they gave me another room to stay that night till housekeeping cleaned it up. Buffet is really so-so for a 4-star hotel. You can go to a convenience store and get much better food.

Hotel looked ok on arrival but very disappointed in our stay here. Breakfast was awful, cold undercooked bacon, other “hot” food choice’s also cold, one small toaster to accommodate everyone, very limited cereal choices, ordered eggs which took forever and were awful. We were also kept awake by a very loud group of guests who were staying in several rooms on our floor, could not call down to reception to complain as phones weren’t working so had to go down at 11pm to alert security who were hopeless and did not do anything. Would not recommend staying here!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
