Great spot to stay, 1 bedroom apartment allows to open the windows, there is a washing machine and dryer there. Apartment is small but enough for 1-2 people, water dispenser in the corridor comes in handy. Very very clean and located 5min walk to MRT. In the building there is a starbucks and many restaurants. Also , most importantly staff are amazing, they do everything to host you the best they can. I had lovely stay there and I totally recommend this place. Loosing 1 star because at 6am reception played loud music broadcast to all the loudspeakers in the rooms. They woke me up and I was literally scared what is happening.

Easy to arrive from the airport, as there are even a few stops in the area you can choose from. Modern hotel, well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are great with an outdoor pool, fitness and Self-service laundry. The room was smaller than the pictures on Booking would make you believe. Still absolutely sufficient space for two.

We stayed for 4 nights with our babies. It's nice that every room has simple kitchen and refrig. We could prepare food for the babies easily. Crib and baby's bathtub are also available as long as you book in advance. Overall, we are satisfy with our staying. However, the last day, we were waken up by loud music from broadcadstng system in the early morning. Not sure what had happened as the music was played several times at 6 am and 8 am and no one explained to us. Also, we wanted to get refund of the token of washing machine (we paid $16 for 2 token but only used 1) when checking out, but the staff at counter said the token is not refundable...

The hotel is a scam. I had to check out 1 day early as my airline canceled the ticket and rescheduled 1 day early. Hotel dis not change the dates - charged full. But more than that when checking out they still showed my checkout 1 day later although we checked out a day early. Room basin was leaking, wasted first day in basin fix as we could not take shower before heading out. Room was changed but toilet flush failed twice. Would never recommend the hotel as they are very inflexible when they receive booking and more stubborn after receiving advance money. Be careful before you book This hotel group

Clean and spacious rooms. Great location, Rochor and Little India MRT is only 10 minutes walk. Room has plates and cutleries. Fridge and microwave are provided too in each room. The amenities are high-quality and everyone in my family loves it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
