Good size apartment for two even though everything is optimised. Simple kitchen facilities but local green Lawson's had the things we needed for breakfast. Quiet location but plenty of places locally for restaurants and sightseeing. The imperial gardens are worth seeing.

The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed, big window, and mini kitchen in the room (microwave, mini fridge, plates, cups and utensils). The shampoo and soap in the shower were amazing! The gym was a little too small and not well equipped but we were happy to use what it had to offer.

Excellent hotel in a great location in the outskirts of Shinjuku, yet you're close to good spots of good food, shopping and sightseeing. Travelling from here to other locations is quite convenient be it by walking, train or uber.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had an evening flight on the 4th day. The apartment is certainly big enough for 2 people to be comfortable with everything you need, it even had a small kitchen for cooking if you want to. King bed was huge and very comfortable with great pillows. Our 2 seat lounge chair was a bit old and could be replaced with something more comfortable, but I am being picky here. Staff were very friendly the whole time. They let us leave our luggage after we checked out on our last day while we went for a final look around. Breakfast was ok at 1330 yen each, nothing great but reasonable good value. The apartment is located in a very nice little area with lots of interesting little streets filled with restaurants and bars. Worth exploring. It's only a 20 minute walk from Shinjuku station.

Our go-to hotel in Tokyo. It's located just outside of the main Shinjuku area meaning it's very chill but safe and quiet neighborhood. The rooms are very spacious for Japan hotel standards. The staff are very helpful and it's about a 5-7 min walk to the train station. Lots of convenient stores and Gyudon restaurants in the area as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
