Simply amazing hotel. First of all, close walking distance from the train station which makes the whole experience easier. There is a supermarket under the hotel. Quiet and beautiful area. Those who like to walk, you can also walk to the center on an amazing path of parks. Very kind reception staff. The apartments/rooms are tastefully decorated. A well-equipped and comfortable kitchen, everything is clean and luxurious. No words just perfect!!!!

Citadines Apart Hotel in Amsterdam provides an excellent experience. Its prime location near the train station offers quick access to the city center in just 10 minutes. Nestled in a serene, secure area, the rooms and kitchen facilities are commendable, though a few extra amenities would be a nice addition. The staff is outstandingly friendly, enhancing the overall pleasant stay. Definitely a top recommendation for anyone visiting the city and looking for comfort and convenience.

Stylish apartements, just around the corner from Sloterdijk station. The staff here are very friendly, polite & helpful. The rooms are well equipped and spotlessly clean. There is a gym & restaurant in the hotel too, and snacks are for sale downstairs. There is a Spar close by & several restaurants. A great place to stay, close to the city, but a bit quieter & less touristy, which we found ideal. Will definitely be back next time we're in The Netherlands.

A fantastic stay! Impeccably clean rooms, the train station is only 3 minutes away, great location near the city center (5 minutes with train), and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Hotel is good, but housekeeping lady is really lazy and will not clean properly. And once you leave they will cut some amount from your security deposit saying that you left the room very dirty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
