        Good points 1. Very good service 2. Facilities 3. Night view is cool Should be considered points 1. They don't let you be quarantined... even "do not disturb" sign on the door, they want to check you are okay or not. When you put the sign and not come out until 2~3pm, they call to your room, and if you don't answer the phone they come to your room and knock many many times to wake you up. Just answering in the room is not enough, you have to open the door and show your messy face 🥲 2. Breakfast is ... not good. Not various and not tasty.. I rather be in hunger than going out for that food 😂 Other than that everything is good.

        Booked a room with Citadines expecting the five-star treatment, and that is exactly what I got. The seemingly brand-new hotel was served by very competent staff and service. Managed to get checked in into the hotel in no time. The room I stayed in was a bit smaller than I anticipated, so only for an extra 150,000 rupiah, I managed to upgrade to a room almost double in size for the rest of the trip. Subsequently, the new room was amazing! Facilities in the room were also superb. The hotel is partnered by the Il Sogno restaurant, which also serves great dinners on top of the already great experience. Location is a bit of a letdown. Definitely not enough to take away from its luxury status, but feels a bit isolated nonetheless. Overall, great place to stay for the week!

        New serviced apartment located in Kuningan (not sudirman exactly). Good location, behind ascott sudirman. Rooms were great and good ambience. Maybe the bathroom need more lights because it's too dark especially on shower

        Bad service from front office to the supervisor, no attention to guests, not friendly at all, no consideration at all for accidentally mistaken choosing period of stay in previous month and just realized it in the intended month, but no support & consideration & help at all from the hotel. Just reasoning have to stick by the rule. If not accidentally mistaken why would I bother myself to ask your favor & consideration. Even the travel app I used still consider & help to place a request to the hotel. But the hotel supervisor don't have any good intentions to make a consideration. Bad experience with this hotel.

        My partner is currently staying at this hotel. He left his wallet on the table in his room for the past few days (12-16 nov), having full trust in the professionalism and integrity of hotel staff. Some might say he should have kept his valuables in a safe or somewhere more discreet, but is there any wrong in a guest of a 4 star hotel trusting that his belongings would be safe in his room? He realized 90% of his money was missing from the wallet yesterday night. It is highly disappointing that a 4 star hotel like citadines would have dishonest staff stealing from guests.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
