Welcoming and smiling staff, comfortable and spacious room, cleaning done every day. The hotel is ideally located. The gym is well equipped and the swimming pool is pleasant.

It's a 3 star hotel, the pool is more of a plunge pool 10ft*20ft. TV and remote in room were barely working, reported and wasn't fixed. Very little down this road but a building site next door.

We had a very good experience with our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were clean and their service was always prompt. The kitchen was well equipped as we had hoped. The Tuk-Tuk service to the main road was the star attraction. We only wish there was proper lighting in the living room as it was insufficient and dingy with only one small overhead light!

This is a medium range hotel by budget and not to expect from it. We booked 2 room apartment as we wanted kids to be close by. The cost was nearly as much as booking 2 rooms. I think one is better off booking 2 rooms side by side in another hotel from a location, convenience, and cleanliness point of view. 1. Location- this is 600m from the main road and at times taxi drivers resisted to go all the way. Hotel provides a tuktuk but when returning back the tutktuk pick is very inconvenient as hotel takes a lot of time send the tuk tuk. We had to call multiple times every time we asked for tuktuk. Twice we walked all the way and tuktuk hadn’t even left the hotel. Tuktuk is not a privilege but a standard service provided by all hotels on that street 2. The aircon in the room was super smelly and reeked as if it hasn’t been cleaned for years. This made the room stuffy and intolerable 3. Unlike the other hotels in Bangkok the staff was quite cold and impersonal

I chose to stay here, primarily on the basis of some positive feedback from a mate back home in Oz (thank you sir), who checked in here several years earlier ... and loved it. And well so did I and dare I say, I reckon it is a bit of hotel standout on Soi 8 ... I decided to step up a price bracket and booked an extra spacious executive studio, in the much prized, corner unit location. Some may argue it is a bit a hike from the hotel to Sukhumvit Road, but I disagree, finding it to be an easy 5 to 10 minutes stroll (only), to get to Nana BTS etc. And, if you are feeling like walking then there is a courtesy golf cart running up down all day. Pool, gym, restaurant, bar, concierge etc., make it a 4 star (trending upwards) hotel. My check-in, check-out and duration of stay experiences (see my YouTube), were all totally awesome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
