Positives: We were just amazed how friendly and helpful all of the staff is. They even ordered for us some extra special Indonesian breakfast and gave us a description of what to visit in Jakarta We felt very welcome and would love to come again!! Location is very good ~10 minutes taxi ride to Gambir railway station Breakfast was good - a buffet with a mix of Indonesian and Western food. King size bed was large and comfortable. Negatives: The shower water was smelly (but that could also be a general Jakarta issue) Overall cleanliness in the room should be improved and the aircon should be upgraded / improved but it was sufficient for us as we don’t need it super cold.

Super friendly staff, very helpful. Location is awesome. Rooms are decently sized. Air conditioning wasn’t great, but that was okay when compared to the rest of the things they had to offer. They had a water filter placed outside in the lobby of every floor. We like to fill our water bottles instead of using mineral water and plastic bottles all the time, so this was super helpful. Walkable distance from many other nice eateries, cafés and restaurants. Breakfast could be improved by keeping a few fruits or options other than just Indonesian food, because non meat eaters or ppl who don’t eat meat first thing in the morning will find it extremely difficult with just cornflakes and bread. And I don’t know why so many bathrooms don’t lock from the inside in Indonesian hotels! 😄

The food are delicious. I waa a bit surprised when they put me in queue when I ordered my food at 9pm. A long waiting but the food was perfect! However, I think they need to upgrade the air conditioner as the one in my room is quite noisy and looks definitely out of date.

Hi, I stayed in Citi M hotel from 24th to 28th November 2023. This is a hotel with great service and location. I particularly want to commend on this staff by the name of Rindi. She was helpful and courteous. The next time I'm ok Jakarta I will stay here again. Terima kasih Citi Monas!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
