Great basic room that was quite acceptable with a nice bed and comfortable. Batroom has been warmed over but OK They lost a star as the hot water was hit and miss - not good in this day and age. Foyer and reception areas look grim but the hotel is OK Location is great. We'll give them another go but I hope the hot water gets fixed

I enjoyed my stay at CitiClub. I made sure to request a quiet room due to the nightclub running on the night we were there, and my noise-sensitive partner had no problem sleeping. Our suite was well appointed, and while a touch older, well maintained and clean. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for a long weekend, checking in on the Friday and out on the Monday. Our room was on level 5, no noise at all on the Friday and Sunday but the Saturday night was loud. The nightclub is on level 1 and the music was heard up until 2:30am. I’d say the room was close to shaking, I slept through it but the husband did not. The room was a queen room, it was basic but nice. Overall not a bad ‘base’ hotel, if you’re wanting somewhere just to put your head down and head out all day.

Great location, good price. Simple and smooth check in. The room was perfect, bathroom clean (shower/bath) and the bed comfortable. Quality TV with Netflix etc. Staff polite and helpful, requesting extra linen etc was no issue. Definitely recommend and will rebook for future city stays.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
