Who have average Budget this hotel is very good for them. All Staff is cooperative. Environment is so nice, Prime Location, Easy access for all kind of food, indian, Pakistani,local food and fast food all available nearest. I highly recommend to all stay in this hotel . Transportation Also easy to get

Stayed here for 2 nights. Would never choose this hotel again unless all the hotels around KL is fully booked or closed down. Poor maintenance of the hotel, saw 3 cockroaches during my stay, towel with large hole in it. This hotel has its own definite morning call around 6am, do not stay here if you are not an early bird. Having that said, it is very near to Masjid Jamek Station & bathroom has high water pressure, which was good. Pros - Very near Masjid Jamek Station (3 minutes walk away) - High water pressure - Water dispenser provided Cons - Poor maintenance - Infested with cockroaches (Not sure about other rooms) - Poor soundproofing (Could hear next door chatting) - Towels with hole in them (Shown in the photo) - Surrounding area could get very quiet and dangerous after 10pm In conclusion, you can stay here if you have something to do in the vicinity or you like a 6am morning call everytime.

Near LTR station with convenient location, not far from Chinatown and KL Sentral. Rooms are relatively old but overall worth for the price. Close to the Muslim Mosque and seems like there's no sound proof for every room. Staffs are helpful. Strong hot shower is the best of this hotel.

Room is small compared to whats been advertised. Experiences with frontline staff ravinn n the manager - charles is bad , both r not having understanding n providing good customer services n cstmer experiences. Both r liars - as per check there is never stated on agoda that deposit will be collected via only cash but ravinn mentioned otherwise, if there is, he dont even tried to assist where to look for it. Same with charles in argument he mentioned he said something that he never said earlier to cover his mistakes. Dealing with customer suggestions that complicated check in process should offer many choices for deposit payment - and the need for the hotel to adapt to current business environment that is CASHLESS, both seems not open to new idea n suggestions. the essense of this feedback is that it's not about wrong and right - I might be wrong and not fully understand the usage of your hotel CASH ONLY deposits, but as a customer who asked nicely on alternative of payment methods for this deposits and would like to understand further on the requirements, it is a responsibility by both frontdesk and the manager - Ravin and Charles to enlighten the customer NICELY not in rude and unprofessional manner and unfriendly tone. Hence, not recommending this hotel to anyone. Pls dont have a stay here.

No parking was provided, location is suitable for those who want to shop all day all night. Sometimes its hard to car to enter the small space. But it is the most cheapest hotel in that area so you’re in tight budget this would be you affordable option.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
