        A wonderful stay! Loved the savvy decor, the 24-hour restaurant/bar, the clever technology and room configuration. Staff were unbelievably attentive. Nana went above and beyond, and my daughter said she felt like family. This was, hands down, the best breakfast buffet we've ever seen in a hotel (and we travel a lot), everything from the full English breakfast to fresh salmon and hummus, to a yogurt buffet, and an extensive breads/bakery section. Staff prepared beautiful coffees for us, and we were able to take coffee in to-go cups, to all the great sites within walking distance from this hotel. I really appreciated all the uplifting messaging in the hotel too. It kind of feels like someone is flattering you, with the random notes in unexpected places. :) We'd absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend.

        My husband and I loved our stay at the CitizenM. We were already prepared for the "small room" based on other reviews, but that did not bother us considering we were only in the room to sleep and out all day/evening exploring. The rooms were very clean, big comfy bed and the bedding was nice! The mood lighting in the room was fun! The breakfast was good with lots of options. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! Location was also very good, close walk to Buckingham Palace, close to restaurants/bars and lots of areas to explore!

        My experience with this hotel has been practically as good as anyone could hope for. The room, service, breakfast, bar, basically everything has been exemplary. Employee Ali. G was particularly attentive, caring and overall a brilliant customer service provider. He made me and my colleague feel incredibly welcomed and went out of his way to be as helpful and pleasant as humanly possible. An absolute gold standard when it comes to customer service, and I hope his contribution towards making our visit this memorably great doesn't go unnoticed/unappreciated!

        Needed to stay for an extended period of time. Citizen M was the perfect location and great value for money. The room was small but clean and had everything, even a desk which was handy. Great working space and cafe and bar downstairs and friendly staff too.

        Great location, great service, clean rooms but small and also pricey! The bed was against the wall so you have to crawl over someone to go to the bathroom and end up waking them up. You also control the lights, tv and blinds with a tablet which was kind of cool. You do your own check in but someone is there if you do need help. Everyone was friendly and they stored our luggage for free while we toured around on our last day in London!
