Just finished my 1 night stay and it was perfect! Great view, beautiful room. Room is small but quaint/nice if you don’t mind that. Tech is really cool, self check in/out. Decor is wonderful and chic as well. Gym was great to have. Customer service was over the top amazing. I would come back! Or consider staying at citizenM elsewhere too. Please note there is no parking so I parked beside the hotel. Cost $38 for 1 night. Location felt mildly sketchy since near Skid Row.

My honey and I planned a small getaway for his birthday! I chose for us to stay at this hotel because of its character and uniqueness and I’m so glad that I did. Our plane landed at 8:38AM and we didn’t think we would be able to get early check in after calling and asking. However, when we arrived the front desk tenant advised that hotel policy does not allow early check in but because they had room available they were able to put us in a room! We were so grateful! On top of that if you’re looking for a hotel that is top tier clean, friendly, affordable and within walking distance this is the hotel for you! Even if you have to catch an Uber, the cost to get around with this location being your starting point is not that expensive! The only minor issue is the location, not to far from experiencing a lot of homelessness but the security at this hotel is immaculate! My honey and I have definitely agreed that when we come to visit LA this will be the hotel we book. The employees from the front desk, to the bar, to the security are friendly! Keep up the good things you all are doing at this hotel! We LOVE IT!

The lobby decor was beautiful and interesting, there’s a lot to look at and admire. Our room was tiny that upon entrance, you see everything. The room looked clean however I felt it was dusty based from the window pane. Breakfast was okay but I suggest to have it outside instead for the price and for more options. Parking’s a plenty outside, there’s a $15 flat rate(no in and out) nearby. Service was fine.

First time in a Hotel bar and I had an amazing experience! A friend of mine recommended I check out CitizenM Hotel’s Lobby Bar. So I told a couple colleagues of mine to meet me there. As soon as we entered we were immediately greeted and directed to the bar. There was a gentleman at the bar by the name of Hector who took our drink orders. He was very attentive and he made sure we were enjoying ourselves throughout the night. We asked Hector if he had any recommendations of places to visit and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. What was supposed to be a quick stop at a Hotel bar, ended up being an amazing experience. All in all, we had a pleasant time and our host, Hector, made our experience very memorable. I will definitely be coming back!

Lobby and shared areas are like an oasis.. Open, inviting with lots of interesting things to look at and experience. Bar is well stocked and bartenders are very friendly. Just be prepared for small spaces in rooms, really just for sleeping as you experience the rest that the city has to offer. They are filled with technology and good use of space, but they are tiny! Not an issue for long time married couple..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
