Was booked in here for a work trip and the location is amazing, walking distance from all great shopping and food options. The hotel cafe area was conducive for working and small-group work meetings and the self-check in option was straightforward. However, the hotel does not provide laundry/dry cleaning service and room does not come with a kettle. If you need to iron your clothes, you can use their ironing room located on 3 different floors. Room was clean and straightforward, you can customise lighting and blackout curtains were fantastic. Bed was comfy.

Great location for what we had plans for in that area. The rooms are obviously on the smaller side but have absolutely everything you need to spend the night, very comfortable bed, pillows a bit too large for us, can't beat the views from the bed. All the amenities were adding that little extra like colored lights to adjust to each mood, rain shower and shades/lights. Rooftop bar was also very cool with great views and drinks. You won't have to go find another rooftop bar if you stay here! Friendly staff and all very clean and modern. Don't miss the staircase art.

Easiest self check-in/check-out I've ever experienced. I stayed 1/4-1/7 and the staff was super welcoming - especially the manager. Although they didn't have early check-in available, they happily stored our bags until check-in time. The bed was super comfortable and the room was big enough for 2. We loved the rainfall shower and the views of the room. My only negative comment is that the pillows are too high for my liking. The rooftop was also a great place to hangout and to take rooftop pictures. It wasn't overly crowded - you can find a seat at the rooftop any time. The drinks were great! This hotel is nearby Chinatown, but it's a bit far from Times Square. If you're planning on visiting Times Square, it's approx a 30-$45 uber each way so, just a heads up!

This hotel was the highlight of my trip and the best hotel my partner and I have EVER stayed at!! I’ve been to NY 3 times now and this hotel gave me such amazing memories that I’ll never forget! My partner and I were celebrating our 7 yea anniversary and the staff were so nice and gave us a beautiful hand written note and bottle of wine in our room waiting for us when we arrived, it was the sweetest thing ever! We had an amazing room with an amazing view, amazing front desk staff Kat and Nikki gave us such a warm welcome and had amazing customer service! We forgot our card downstairs and they were so lovely to keep it safe for us! Antonio the security was so lovely too and always opened the door for us when we came back! The location was fantastic! Close to two subways which took us to uptown NY such as Time Square, Rockafella Centre, different dining options! Loved that! It was also central to Little Italy/ China Town/ different eateries so we would walk down there for some food during dinner! We loved that there was a rooftop bar as well as downstairs lobby! Which was so warm and cosy, filled with beautiful artworks and just the best to chill and order some drinks! The rooftop bar had beautiful views and the atmosphere was great! The room itself was amazing with great views, I LOVED the modern technology where we controlled every aspect from the TV, shutters, blinds, lights with an iPad/ phone app! So convenient and you could also order food from the inhouse bars and pick it up to bring to your room! They have great amenities inside, had their own branded soap, safe and storage and the bed was against the window so it was beautiful to lay there while looking at the view! 100/10 we would go back here everytime we stay here!! Best hotel ever! Thank you so much to everyone who looked after us! Such a memorable start to our holiday! ❤️ and thank you to the creator of this hotel brand because it’s so amazing!!

Great stay at this hotel. Convenient to shopping, subway and great restaurants. Clean. Rooms are a little small but this did not bother me. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is affordable in NYC and very quality. I recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
