        The hotel is easy to locate since it’s just near Champs Elysees. Checking in is a breeze, even though they have four kiosks (not a front desk), the attendants still walked us through the check in process (they spoke perfect English and were very pleasant). The lobby (2nd floor) works as a dining area / common area to hang out / work. Filtered cold water is free, just grab a jug and fill it up at the lobby. They offer 24 hour food service through the app but haven’t tried it. Speaking of the app, it’s the only way to control the room functions (blinds, lights, TV etc), you can either install it on your phone or use the provided iPad in the room, it’s pretty cool, we didn’t have any issues with it. We got a room with a king bed and checking out the floor plan, it seems to be one of the bigger ones. It may be a bit cramped for some, but it served us well. Closet space was tight, especially when you’re visiting during winter when you’re wearing thick jackets. The rest/bath room was great, we loved the rain shower head. Bed, pillows and comforter were very comfy, was very well rested during our stay here. TV channels were mostly French so it’s good that they allow casting from your own phone, it’s pretty convoluted but manageable. Walls seem to insulate sound or we just got lucky and had quiet neighbors during our stay.

        Amazing hotel! Rooms comfortable and modern, easy to control everything from the tablet they give you. Great location, perfectly connected to the metro so it’s very easy to get around the city. The staff is super nice, they are always ready to assist you. Special mention to Emma J, Catarina e Irena, they made our stay great. Thank you all!!

        I am a global traveler spending 15-20 days in hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations for several reasons. 1. Friendly staff to welcome and a super quick way to check giving us the choice to select room 2. Excellent location and value for money 3. Friendly staff who checked my comfort every time i interacted with them. ( Being in France where majority of other hote staff is cold and rude this was a ++++ for this hotel) 4. Finally the room with modern technology made me fall in love with the place A big compliment to the owner who designed this hotel and concept. I would like Citizen M spreads across the world so mobile citizen can enjoy traveling. Big 👍 to Karthik and rest of the team.

        Staff was very friendly and welcoming! We loved using the iPad to conveniently control everything in our room. Rooftop is a great spot too with a view of the Eiffel Tower

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
