        Wonderful hotel. Cozy rooms, with awesome lighting, shade, and climate controls. Cool color LED in the shower. My only complaint was the refrigerator in the room was more of a beverage chiller. Not strong enough to keep leftovers at 32 degrees F at least as far as I could tell. Close to the link metro, nice location by the new waterfront. Automated check in was easy and the staff were super friendly. Leaves Marriott in the dust. I would definitely stay here again!

        Very cute and modern. Each room is the size of a small cruise ship berth- so not for people who want to spread. Very tech happy. We loved the self check in, and the tablets in the rooms to control heat, light, curtains, and mood. Yes- your tv will play meditation screen savers with white noise while your bathroom and mood lights shine red or purple or whatever mood you’re in.

        My second time with CitizenM. It always feel like home once I access the hotel lobby. The staff are super nice. Lobby is wide open and having a lot of board games. This is the cheapest hotel during Christmas! Make sure you come early to pick your view. Highly recommend High Floor City View. Can’t complain about the small room, because everything I need is here. Big bed, big TV, great view, warm place, led lights, hot shower, fridge, everything. I am a happy citizen ❤️🖤

        Very cool, manicured small room. Absolutely perfect if you just want to sleep comfortably. Also I left my passport in the room and they emailed me about it quickly so I could pick it up. Would absolutely recommend.

        I made a last minute booking here and I’m so happy I did. The location is within walking distance of tourist highlights. The room was sexy and clean. The hotel itself is funky and cool. Fun and large lobby / lounge / bar area. I had a room overlooking the water and I couldn’t be happier.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
