        This hotel truly came to my rescue in a terrible situation. I only spent one night there. But it turned out to be quite a pleasant experience. The reception staff is very nice. The rooms are spotless. The swimming pool is beautiful. And breakfast has a variety to choose from. On the day of checkout I faced harassment from a rude customer. Which shocked and angered me. Fortunately, the hotel was quick to help me by sending CCTV footage within 2 hours and going after the customer to take responsibility for this action. As I was scheduled to return to Bangkok that day, I was unable to handle the situation on my own. But the hotel continued to help me even though I couldn’t stay. As a result, I received compensation from that customer within 1 day. I would like to thank Mr. Anurat and all the staff at the hotel for helping thought this horrible situation.

        This place is actually disgusting. We checked in and the staff was very polite. They walked us to our room and once we got there so many things were off. The bed was made but very obvious stains all over the sheets, covers, pillow cases. I then went to strip the bed and found blood spots on the mattress itself. There was an eyelash from the person prior in the bathroom just laying in the floor. The counters hadn’t been whipped down and there was food and coffee stains. The worst part of it was the towels hadn’t been switched out from the previous person and they were NASTY. The pool is a nice plus but the rooms themselves are a nightmare. Not kept up at all. Toilets are dirty, the walls are dirty. We asked for a deluxe king size room and paid extra for that. When we got to the room, we saw two twin beds and were told to just push them together. After going back and forth with he staff about our room being in terrible condition, we opted out and went to a different hotel. They still charged us and didn’t refund when we left. They just told us it was okay that we leave. I highly recommend you do not stay here. Also the Indian men that were staying there were incredibly rude and invasive to our space. The type of crowd this hotel attracts is monstrous. Do not recommend. To be clear, I do not need a lot to be comfortable in a hotel. Just clean rooms and kind staff. The experience was not comfortable at all for us foreigners and caused a ton of stress last minute when all we wanted to do was get settled after a long day of travel.

        Most worst service provided. They don’t have manners to speak with customers. They charge extra for everything. For eg if you want extra towels they will charge you extra. This is not how you run a hotel industry. Don’t ever go or suggest this hotel to anyone. Worst experience ever. M/s CITRUS GRAND if you want a good name kindly change your operating system and administrative system. If you can’t improve let me know i will teach you.

        Room has not been well maintained many of the lights not working and dirty corners and cupboards. Not cleaned properly dirty tissues left beside bed on floor from previous guests. One rude staff member at reception shouting at a family group of guests to help move their bags to room. Had to wait 1 hour to go to room because of “error in their system” Curtains are NOT blackout at this price! Bright room in daytime.

        We had the Worst experience in this Hotel. 1. Rooms are Dirty 2. Water Leakage in the room 3. Poor Service, rude staff 4. The Hotel and Manager do not care about your problems. You can look at the Videos and Pictures which speak for themselves. Would not recommend this Hotel at all.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
