        We were here for a couple of days, taking a break. We were surprised at the hotel, their staff and of course the food. The hotel is located on the beach, area with a bit of corals. The hotel is very clean, and is in great condition for its age. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and very courteous. This made a huge difference. Honourable mentions would be the restaurant staff, Nuwan and Amit. We booked a room with full board, and the food was excellent. There were many choices at the buffet and everything we tried was very good.

        Good hotel.... Loved the location. Beach was very clean and safe. Should add a note about the staff, very polite and respectful. Buffet had good variety. Rooms were within easy access to the beach and pool.

        First and foremost, I must say it's a good value for the money. However, be sure to choose your room wisely. I selected a partial sea view room, but there's no sea view at all 😃. For the buffet, try to arrive on time and reserve your table as soon as possible. The dining area is quite small and might require some waiting for a vacant table. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but there aren't enough staff members to serve all the guests. You might have to wait longer than expected for warm water and towels 👋. I noticed that the pool staff might not be well-versed in dealing with children 🧒👦, and their tone of voice can be a bit uncomfortable. There's no kids' pool, but that's understandable since this isn't a five-star hotel. The beach 🏝️ looks amazing, but be cautious when going for a swim. There are quite a few sea urchins (ikili) in the water

        Went there for dinner with 8 of us. Whilst the buffet option was ok, SO many of the a la carte options were not available, plus none of the food arrived together with 2 of us only reveling our meals after everyone else had finished! The Caesar salad ordered by wife was, in her words, the worst she’d ever been served. What was worst of all was the insanely loud Karaoke that was being played as soon as the dinner serving started at 7. We asked if this could be turned down slightly so that everyone (inc other customers) could enjoy their meal as looking around we could see none of the patrons were enjoying the god awful ‘cat-murdering’ renditions being offered. They turned the music down for 5 mins and then turned it up higher than before! One of the worst meals we’ve ever had tbh..

        I was mislead by MakeMyTrip showing it as 4star hotel but it is horrible hotel in terms of hygiene, service and facilities inside the room. They ask you wear a plastic band like hospital as if you are a jail inmate. Lot of mosquito around. Worst experience was the when we ordered food. We ordered spaghetti for my child and they gave beef in it and we don't eat beef and no where it mentioned that it contains beef. When complained, manager refuse to acknowledge. Pathetic!!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
